First-Year Resident
Dr. Alicia McFarland is a 2003 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where she received a bachelor of science in biology. She earned a doctor of medicine from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Columbia, South Carolina, in 2007.
Dr. McFarland has served as a volunteer with Volunteers in Medical Missions and traveled with a medical team to Ecuador in 2005. She also served as a member of the USC School of Medicine's Committee on Women. Selected by the School of Medicine faculty, this committee addresses issues affecting women in medicine.
