Dr. Jessica McCullough earned a bachelor of science in biology from Clemson University, Clemson, South Carolina, in 2003. She received a doctor of medicine from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, South Carolina, in 2007.

Dr. McCullough was the secretary/treasurer for the USC School of Medicine class of 2007. During medical school she served a two-month pediatric cardiology internship with the School of Medicine.
